Evolution

A long time ago ~Lukiih invited me to participate in a project called "A Quest For Improvement". The idea was to show how your work has evolved through the years. I agreed to participate, but sadly had not had a chance to finish it in time. It's been sitting in my "WIPs" folder for over a year, untouched.

Now I've finally gotten a spare minute, so I decided to finish it. I don't have all of my early pieces, but what I do have adds up to a medium-sized box that hadn't been unpacked in years. It was fun finally unpacking it and going through the old stuff. I can't believe how much my work stank at one point. I get so many e-mails asking me how I learned to draw, or lamenting over the fact that they'll "never be as good as" me. Well... to all those who've ever had such thoughts, take a look above. All it takes to improve your work is practice, patience and determination. If I can do it, anyone can.
